Taking a breather from our busy schedules, the team at the IEA Kenya took a much-needed breather for a team building at Crayfish, Naivasha. The team took up this opportunity to work on improving morale, productivity and leadership skills, finding avenues for creativity as well as identifying our strengths and weaknesses – problem solved! Team building creates a platform for providing an upbeat and powerful team experience that resounds in the work place. It fosters effective communication, working relationships, cooperation and more importantly trust. Activities undertaken here are designed to motivate and pool talents together and help team players perform better not only at individual level but at organizational level as well.
