The Institute of Economic Affairs-Kenya is pleased to present Citizen’s Alternative Budget 2012/13.

Similar to the previous Alternative Budgets it contains proposals by the public and sector stakeholders who attended the IEA annual pre-budget hearings that took place on 24st and 25th January 2012.

In addition to proposals from various presenters who attended the hearings, we also received written submissions.
